Cukierman & Co. Life Sciences (CLS) provides its services to companies across the Life Science spectrum including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and healthcare information technology.

Established in 2006 as the Life Sciences Corporate Finance arm of Cukierman & Co. Investment House, CLS provides investment banking services to public and private companies at different stages of their development cycle. CLS is engaged in debt & equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions, IPO advisory services, ecosystem intelligence solutions (in partnership with Signals Intelligence Group), corporate partnering and licensing agreements.

Our mission is to assist:

• Healthcare companies in identifying, negotiating and closing in & out licensing, strategic partnerships, M&A transactions, debt and equity financings.
• Investors and funds in selecting, evaluating, acquiring and divesting assets, businesses and companies in the life sciences sector.
