Daniella Gross

Daniella Gross serves as the Private Assistant to Edouard Cukierman at Catalyst Funds and Cukierman Investment House, where she supports executive operations, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and the firm’s investment and conference activities. In her role, she works closely with senior management, helping coordinate business initiatives and maintain relationships across the firm’s global network of investors, entrepreneurs, and partners.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Daniella worked in Business Development at KAI Capital, where she focused on building strategic relationships and supporting the firm’s growth initiatives. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in marketing and sales at Asio Medical, contributing to the company’s business development efforts by establishing relationships with healthcare professionals and expanding its client base.

Daniella graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Reichman University. She also managed marketing and communications for the non-profit organization Kavim Ledmutam, leading community engagement initiatives and commemorative events. Before beginning her business career, she served as a Medic in the Israel Defense Forces, developing strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills while operating in high-pressure environments. Her diverse background enables her to effectively support executive leadership and contribute to the continued growth of Catalyst Funds and Cukierman Investment House.
