Dror Garti

Dror is a Quantum Physics PhD researcher at the Weizmann Institute of Science, working in Serge Rosenblum’s laboratory on superconducting bosonic qubits and quantum decoherence mechanisms. His research focuses on superconducting quantum systems, quantum control, and the development of scalable quantum computing technologies.
Alongside his academic work, Dror brings more than 30 years of high-tech leadership experience, having served in various CTO and VP R&D roles in both startups and large technology companies.
Throughout his career, he has led large-scale engineering organizations, helped drive technological innovation and growth, and participated in founding and advancing startup initiatives across multiple domains.
Dror also holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science (Cum Laude) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
