Mr. Edouard Cukierman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Catalyst Investments and serves as the Chairman of Cukierman & Co. Investment House. Since its establishment in 1993, Cukierman & Co. Investment House has been engaged in more than € 5.5 billion cross-border transactions across industries. Catalyst was the only Israeli venture fund that invested in Mobileye.
Prior to establishing and managing Catalyst Investments in 2000, Mr. Cukierman was the President and CEO of Astra Technological Investments, a Venture Capital Fund established in 1993, which was the first Israeli company to go public in Continental Europe.
Today, Edouard Cukierman serves as board member of Tufin technologies, a leading Cyber security company in Israel that went public in April 2019 – NYSE (TUFN), and Dori Media Group in Israel.

From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Shamir served as Executive Vice President of the Challenge Fund L.P.
Mr. Shamir served in the Israeli Air Force as a pilot and commander from 1963-1988. During his term in the Air Force, Mr. Shamir attained the rank of colonel and served as head of the electronics department, the highest professional electronics position within the Israeli Air Force.
Mr. Shamir served as the Chairman of Gvahim (from 2006 to 2013), a non-profit organization which assists qualified new immigrants from around the world in realizing their professional aspirations in Israel. He was also the Board Member of Mikveh Israel from 2010 until 2013. Mr. Roger Cukierman is vice President of the World Jewish Congress, and vice President of the Alliance Israelite Universelle. He recently joined the Board of ELNET, an organization for the support of Israel. He was previously CEO of the Edmond de Rothschild Group where he spent 36 years. He served also as Chairman of the Israel General Bank, and of several Mutual Funds. His experience includes directorship of many firms or banks such as Club Med, Credit Suisse Asset Management France, and the Association of French Bankers. Mr. Cukierman holds a doctorate degree in economics from the Paris University, a BA in law, and a business administration diploma of ESCP-Europe School of Management. Mr. Haggi Ravid is the Managing partner of Cukierman & Co.'s Investment Banking activities. Julia founded a non profit organization, named Ohr Torah for a school in Toulouse which suffered from a terrorist shooting attack in March 2012. Each year they raise money with the help of many artists from around the world.

Arnaud joined as Managing Partner of Cukierman & Co. New Mobility and Partner of Cukierman & Co. Life Sciences in October 2018. Arnaud has an extensive experience as investment banker with OSP Partners (Paris and New York), where he handled, as a partner, exclusive mandates for Siemens and Vivendi and more. He left to manage Ingersoll Engineers, an international consulting firm specialized in new product development and project management, that he sold to Orgaconseil (now Sopra Conseil), before moving from Paris to Israel where he lives today.
In Israel, he fulfilled a few dreams, like building a small luxurious hotel in the middle of the desert. He also managed Learni, an Edtech Israeli company and was among the first managers to join Space IL in charge of the organization. Arnaud is also one of three cofounders of Volleto, a leading CRM platform for luxury brands.
As a partner in Cukierman Group, he will be in charge of marketing exclusive life sciences companies toward family offices and non-specialized investors. Arnaud was the youngest Maître de Conference then Professor at HEC Paris. Alexandra joined Cukierman & Co. Life Sciences in 2009 and brings a comprehensive international experience in R&D, business development and corporate strategy. From 2003 to 2009, she has carried out her PhD in Immunology/Virology at bioMérieux (France) and her post-doctorate at the Weizmann Institute of Science (Israel). She co-authored more than 15 peer-reviewed international publications and received 6 academic awards. From 2007 to 2012, she served as Associate Partner of Quilt Solutions, a Swiss company customizing business development and market access in Life Sciences. From 2009 to 2010, she served as VP Business Development and then as CEO of Recogene Ltd., a biotech start-up within RAD BioMed Accelerator (Israel), developing innovative systems in gene therapy. Since 2009, she serves as Executive VP Sciences and Executive Director Europe of the Signal Group, the leading provider of ecosystem intelligence solutions for Global 2000 corporate decision makers.
Alexandra is a PhD in Immunology/Virology of the University Claude Bernard Lyon I (France) and earned an International MBA from Bar Ilan University (Israel).

Amir is veteran technology executive with more than 25 years of experience. His track record of success comes from being a founder & CEO of multiple Israeli startups and his consistent no-compromise approach to bringing best-in-class products to the new emerging markets. Amir co-founded and led Elastifile as CEO, with purpose and passion to build a world-wide market leader in Cloud Enterprise class storage. Previously, Amir was the Co-founder, President and CEO of Mobixell Networks, a provider of mobile multimedia and IP data and traffic management (acquired by Flash Networks). Amir formerly served as President and COO at Optibase, where he was responsible for scaling the company’s operations and leading it to a successful NASDAQ IPO.
Prior to Optibase, Amir was Vice President of Engineering and COO of VDOnet, an Internet video streaming and video conferencing company, acquired by Citrix. Amir’s career began as a VLSI engineer at Intel. He was awarded a BSEE/CS in computer engineering, summa cum laude, from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Tal Brody was an All Big Ten & All-American basketball player at the University of Illinois graduating with a Bachelor’s and Masters Degree in Education. Tal first came to Israel with the USA team to the 1965 Maccabiah Olympic Games and in 1966 decided to take up a challenge and make Aliyah to Israel and became one the most honored new immigrants in Israel’s history receiving at age 34, the highest civilian honor, the Israel Prize.
He was selected to light the torch on Independence Day, he ran with the torch, opening up the 9th Maccabiah Games, Captained Maccabi Tel-Aviv, winning Israel’s first European Basketball Championship, was selected to the Jewish Sports Hall of Fame, was chosen as one of the Top Ten immigrants that influenced Israel by the NY Times, and two years ago in a ceremony held in the Israeli Parliament, was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award. Tal also received last February, the annual WIZO’s “Guardian of Israel”Award and in last May received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Bar Ilan University.
Since 2010, Tal officially serves as Israel’s Ambassador of Goodwill speaking throughout the USA & Canada and in September 2018, Tal was awarded by the People’s Republic of China, Shandong Province, their “Ambassdor of Friendship ” Award for contributing to the economic development & friendly relations between China & Israel.

He was previously Senior Adviser in the english investment bank Advicorp plc.In this role, in the M&A division, he advised Israeli investors on the field such as defense security, renewable energy, food and real estate.
In 2008 he was partner in the company MS Group, an Italian-Israeli business and commercial mediation firm, with responsibility for the M&A activity in the field of defence security and real estate.
In 2006, he was a financial agent at the bank Cassa dei Risparmi di Milano e della Lombardia.
In 2002 he was nominated Chief Operating Officer of a notable advertising and new media agency with offices in Turin, Rome, Milan and London.
In 1990 he managed the family business being fourth generation of industrialist specialised in the printing industry.
He studied Industrial Engineering at the "Institute of Production Engineering" in Tel Aviv and obtained a master in business management and control at the UIR and in marketing at the IED in Italy.He is the founder and Vice President of the National Chamber for the Business of Italy and Israel.
He was a member of the boards in the Association of the Printing Industry in Rome, and in the Italian Association of The Young Industrial Entrepreneurs and he was a member in the Commission of the International Relations of Confindustria, the Italian entrepreneurs association.

Prior to joining Cukierman and Co. Life Sciences, Julia did an internship at Cukierman & Co. Technology, Media and Telecom. She was actively involved in the preparation and execution of many cross-border private placement and M&A transactions.
She worked in Paris as an analyst in a start-up called Faste, a luxury lifestyle concierge, to assist a fundraising of €3M.
Julia founded a non profit organization, named Ohr Torah for a school in Toulouse which suffered from a terrorist shooting attack in March 2012. Each year they raise money with the help of many artists from around the world.
Julia holds a BSc in Business Management from the Royal Holloway University of London.
