Mr. Andrew Tsoran is the Managing Partner of Cukierman & Co. Investment House in China and has 20 years of hands-on experience in different hi-tech industries and the financial sector. Over the years, Andrew developed a successful track record in managing and motivating cross-functional international teams, managing manufacturing and supply chain; leading projects and R&D; growing companies through business development, sales and marketing; building, and executing investment strategies; managing central activity of the team to raise cross border funds in China totaling $1 billion.
In the past, Andrew held executive management positions at several prominent companies such as Resmed (NYSE: RMD), Flight Medical (TLV:ILX), Curatia, Infinity Equity Funds, MobilEye (acquired by Intel) and Life Watch (SIX: LIFE).
Lately, Andrew served as General Manager Asia Pacific of Shekel Brainweigh, leading the company through IPO process and turnover.
Andrew possesses a multicultural background with knowledge of 4 languages, including Chinese. Andrew earned B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering Cum Laude and an M.Sc. in Bio-Medical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Andrew attended the Business School of ECUST – East China University of Technology, majoring in an MBA. He is also a retired officer of Elite Technological Unit in IDF.
