David Vita, Senior Advisor

David has more than 30 years of corporate management experience.

Lately he co-founded a successful clean energy company that is developing wind farms while previously he worked as a consultant in the fertilizers and in the food industry in Israel.

David has held top management positions in young companies that went from the idea to exit (Lead IP, Nilimed, EVR) and from receivership to become public (FLSN- TASE and TNOLF-NASDAQ).

Formerly he was in charge of strategic marketing for ECI in the access division.

Also, through his consulting firm Makwa, has managed the Massachusetts State and Port Authorities Office of Business Development in Israel for 3 consecutive appointments – nine years. His international business included being an Associate with McKinsey & Company where he specialized in M&A for large food makers in Europe and as an Auditor for Coopers & Lybrand in Italy specializing in valuation of shipyards and EPC companies.

He graduated from Haifa University in 1982 and is fluent in Italian, French, English and Hebrew.
