Mr. Edouard Cukierman, Founder and Managing Partner of Catalyst Investments and serves as the Chairman of Cukierman & Co. Investment House.
Since its establishment in 1993, Cukierman & Co. Investment House has been engaged in close to $10 billion of corporate finance transactions.
With over 30 years of investment experience and entrepreneurial activity in financial services, Mr. Cukierman also served as a board member at Tufin technologies and Dori Media Group and many Israeli Hi-Tech companies.
In the past he was the President and CEO of Astra Technological Investments, a Venture Capital Fund established in 1993, which was the first Israeli company to go public in Continental Europe. In addition, Mr. Cukierman is the founder of the GoforIsrael annual conferences, a Board Member of the non-profit Sar-El and co-author of the Israel Valley book, originally published in French in 2013, and which has since been translated into Chinese, Italian and Portuguese.
Mr. Cukierman holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and a B.Sc. from the Technion
He served in IDF as a reserve officer in the spokesperson unit, and in the negotiation unit in hostage and crisis situations.
