Joseph is Taiwan Country Manager Co-founder of TIP Ventures, a leading Israel-Taiwan business cooperation company. Joseph’s business development in Taiwan includes hardware/software while project management of Israeli solutions is with Taiwanese ODMs/OEMs. He is also involved in Taiwanese CVC investment and M&A activity.
Previously, Joseph held country manager positions at InfinityAR (acquired by Alibaba), N-trig (acquired by Microsoft), and Clarivate (NYSE: CLV).
He has been working with Taiwanese OEMs and ODMs for more than a decade in PC/laptop/server, semiconductors, AR/VR, cybersecurity, IoT, communications, and consumer electronics. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the National Kaohsiung Normal University and a master of engineering from the National Sun Yat-sen university.
