Lisya has over 10 years of professional experience in the fields of M&A, post-merger integration and global operations. She has held various managerial positions in global leading corporations including Keter Group (BC Partners), ADAMA and Magna Steyr (Nasdaq: MGA). Prior to joining Catalyst, Lisya led operational due diligence for Keter’s acquisition and managed post acquisition integration. Lisya earned Harvard executive education, MBA from Tel Aviv University and M.Sc from Vienna University of Technology. Lisya is fluent in English, German, Turkish and Hebrew and has a strong international background.
