Michael Avnimelech, M&A’s Managing Partner

Michael Avnimelech, expert in mid-market M&A, is leading strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, especially cross-border transactions of Israeli companies.
Michael has been running this activity in Israel and internationally as the head and owner of M&A boutique for 15 years before merging into Cukierman.
Michael has been also active as Director and Chairman of companies in real-estate development, Infrastructure, Capital markets, Construction, Manpower, High-tech and IT, Pharmaceuticals, Plastics and packaging, Services, Publishing, Defense, Aviation and others.
Previously Michael acted some 15 years in top consulting business as the CEO of Deloitte Consulting in Israel following his position as the founder and CEO of one of the leading business consulting firms in Israel. Earlier in his career Michael held some senior economic positions in the Israeli government, as the Economic Consul in the US, Economic Adviser to the Minister of Finance and manager in the Budget department.

Michael holds B.A. and M.A. in Economics and Business from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

迈克尔∙阿维尼梅勒迈克尔∙阿维尼梅勒是中等市场（mid-market）企业收并购（M&A）和投资策略的专家，尤其了解以色列公司的跨国交易事务。在他加入Cukierman投资公司以前，他作为企业收并购咨询公司（M&A boutique）的主管和所有者已经在此领域积累15年的经验。

他也曾在房地产开发、基础建设、资本市场、建筑建设、人力资源、高新科技与信息技术、制药与医疗技术、塑料制品与包装、服务业、出版业、安保服务还有航空业的公司中担任董事或董事长。他曾作为以色列德勤会计师事务所（Deloitte Consulting in Israel）的CEO为众多公司提供商业咨询服务。他还亲自创办和管理了一个在以色列行业领先的商业咨询公司。在他的职业生涯早期，他曾在以色列政府的一些高级经济管理职位就职，还曾担任过以色列驻美国领事馆的经济领事（Economic Consul），法国财政部长的经济顾问以及法国政府预算部门的主管。

迈克尔拥有耶路撒冷希伯来大学（Hebrew University of Jerusalem）授予的经济与商业学士学位和硕士学位的文凭。
