Before joining Catalyst, Noga was a senior consultant in Transaction Services in EY, where she focused on financial due diligence and M&A of tech companies. Before EY, Noga worked at KPMG’s Management Consulting department, supporting leading Israeli companies in developing their strategic and financial plans. Noga holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from Tel -Aviv University as well as a CPA license.
