Raphael Nejman -Head of Ag – Tech

Mr. Raphael Nejman is the Vice President of Cukierman & Co.’s Investment Banking activities.
Prior to joining Cukierman & Co., Raphael served as an associate at Amit, Pollak, Matalon and Co. Advocates and Notary.

As a lawyer, Raphael specialized in the formation of Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, and assisted startup companies, Private Equity and Venture Capital funds with respect to equity investments (from the due diligence phase through the transaction documents), both in Israel and abroad.

Raphael holds a LL.B. (Cum Laude) from Sha’arei Mishpat, The College of Legal Studies.
