
Sarah Elkaïm

Sarah Elkaïm is CIH’s Of Counsel in France. She is a legal advisor with more than 10 years experience in negotiating and drafting contracts. She has previously worked at CIH’s headquarters in TLV from 2006 to 2009, as an Associate within the M&A activities, handling both legal and technical aspects of transactions.
She has worked as well in New York and in Paris as a legal consultant for companies institutions, in various fields of law. Since 2011, she has been lecturing at the University (Paris 1-Sorbonne and Paris Est).
Having French and English as mother tongue languages, she is fluent in Spanish, Hebrew and Turkish as well.
She regularly does pro-bono work, more specifically in the fields of education and housing.
Sarah Elkaïm holds a PhD in private law, master degrees in both Corporate and Comparative Law from the Panthéon Sorbonne University (Paris 1) and an LL.M. in Banking Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University (NYC, USA).
