Joined CEL in 2009. Oversees the day-to-day operation of Strategic Investment & Development Department, responsible for CEL’s new business development in strategic investments and mergers & acquisitions project.
Previously over ten years of experience with increasing responsibility at multinational investment banks.
BA and BS from Tsinghua University (Beijing) and a MA from the University of Oxford.

樊盛妍女士于2009年加入光大控股。她掌管战略投资发展部的日常运作，负责光大控股的业务拓展和战略投资项目及企业收并购项目。在此之前，她在跨国投资银行积累了逾十年的经验。
樊盛妍女士在北京清华大学获得理学学士学位（BS）和文学学士学位（BA），并在牛津大学获得硕士学位。
