Our team addresses four continents through Venture Partners and Advisors: besides the Israeli HQ, we span to Europe, the US and China, where we have been active with increasing intensity over the last five years.
Cukierman & Co. TMT division covers four major activities:
- “Corporate Finance” – for the most part Israeli Technology companies in their growth phase to which we bring foreign counterparts;
- “Corporate Business Development” – for Israeli companies in pre-selected international geographies;
- “Scouting the Israel Tech Scene” – for International Corporate Venture Funds, VC/PE Funds, Strategic Players, and organizing for them “roadshows” specifically tailored to their needs;
- Developing a series of selected “Ventures in Residence” which permits us to maintain a strong entrepreneurial and innovative involvement.
